Présentation de l’IDC 4 par Valentin Talanov :
L’une des principales orientations de notre école « Systema Talanov » est d’organiser des cours de formation d’instructeurs. L’objectif de ces cours est d’améliorer le niveau de travail des instructeurs, leur niveau d’enseignement et leur statut.
Au cours du processus d’apprentissage, les élèves reçoivent une méthodologie qui leur permet d’effectuer leur travail avec confiance.
Lors du cours IDC4, nous vous proposons de vous immerger dans un entraînement intensif et passionnant pendant cinq jours, où les instructeurs reconnus de notre école, Valentin Talanov et Aslan Guseynov, partageront leur expérience et leurs connaissances.
Le thème de ce cours est « Le travail interne ou le travail avec un partenaire en état de neutralité ».
Le programme IDC4 (comme l’IDC3) est ouvert aux élèves de tous niveaux, des débutants aux pratiquants avancés du Systema.
Le travail interne comprend :
1- Un travail corporel approprié (la capacité à se détendre, comment contrôler son corps, utilisation rationnelle du corps).
2- Le travail respiratoire. C’est un travail très important et profond, sans lequel le « travail interne » n’a pas de sens. Pendant le cours, vous apprendrez différents types de respirations, le travail en hypoxie sous différentes charges, ainsi qu’un nouveau type de respiration en Systema (issu des pratiques de l’ancienne école Systema des années 1980).
3- La synchronisation avec les rythmes naturels et avec le partenaire. Atteindre l’« état de neutralité » (sans émotion).
4- Le développement de la sensibilité tactile et de la sensibilité à l’espace environnant (la capacité à reconnaître la motivation et l’intention des adversaires).
5- Le travail en état de « neutralité » face à un adversaire qui vous attaque agressivement avec un couteau, une chaîne et d’autres outils dangereux. Dans cet état, vous apprendrez à réagir correctement à tout mouvement inattendu, quelle que soit sa vitesse.
Chacun peut apprendre à contrôler et à gérer le système nerveux. En contrôlant les émotions, vous pouvez contrôler n’importe quelle situation !

Valentin Talanov est une source inépuisable pour le systema. Ce séminaire aura lieu du 23 au 29 mai 2025 à Zlatibor en Serbie. Ce sera l’occasion de 5 jours d’entraînement immersif. Nous pourrons ainsi nous entraîner de manière intensive à raison de 6 heures d’entraînement quotidien (3 heures le matin et 3 heures l’après-midi). Nous aborderons l’interne en systema par Valentin Talanov. Assurément une occasion d’approfondir les connaissances du systema et de perfectionner sa propre formation.
Valentin Talanov dispensera les cours en russe et sera traduit en anglais par Aslan Guseynov (une traduction en français sera assurée selon les besoins des élèves).
Nous sommes accueillis dans un hôtel spécialisé dans l’accueil d’équipe sportive dans un cadre idéal. L’hôtel dispose de toutes les infrastructures nécessaires, dojo, gymnase et réfectoire pour les repas (disponible avec les petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet). Nous bénéficierons de chambre double de haut standing.

Le cout total est de 1450 €.
Il ne comprend pas : le billet d’avion pour Belgrade. Ni vos extras.
Il comprend : la prise en charge de l’aéroport à l’hôtel et de l’hôtel à l’aéroport en bus privé (à charge d’être là pour l’heure du départ qui vous sera communiqué), 6 nuits d’hôtels en chambre double, lit séparé et salle de bain privative, les repas pris sur place (petit déjeuner, déjeuner et diner) sous forme de buffet, la location des salles d’entraînement (dojo et gymnase) et les cours dispensés par Valentin Talanov (ainsi que ces frais de déplacement).
Le paiement s’effectue en deux parties. Une première partie de 720 € doit être réglée dès votre inscription avant le 15 mars .C’est le paiement qui valide votre inscription.

La seconde parie du paiement s’effectuera en mai.

One of the main focuses of our ‘Systema Talanov’ school is to organise instructor training courses. The aim of these courses is to improve the instructors’ level of work, their level of teaching and their status.
During the learning process, students are given a methodology that enables them to carry out their work with confidence.
During the IDC4 course, we offer you the chance to immerse yourself in intensive and exciting training over five days, where our school’s renowned instructors, Valentin Talanov and Aslan Guseynov, will share their experience and knowledge.
The theme of the course is ‘Internal work or working with a partner in a state of neutrality’.
The IDC4 programme (like IDC3) is open to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced Systema practitioners.
Internal work includes :
1- Appropriate bodywork (the ability to relax, how to control your body, rational use of the body).
2- Breathing work. This is very important and profound work, without which ‘internal work’ is meaningless. During the course, you will learn different types of breathing, how to work in hypoxia under different loads, as well as a new type of breathing in Systema (derived from the practices of the old Systema school of the 1980s).
3- Synchronisation with natural rhythms and with the partner. Reaching the ‘state of neutrality’ (without emotion).
4- Developing tactilesensitivity and sensitivity to the surrounding space (the ability to recognise the motivation and intention of opponents).
5- Working in a state of ‘neutrality ’ when faced with an opponent who is aggressively attacking you with a knife, chain and other dangerous tools. In this state, you will learn to react correctly to any unexpected movement, whatever its speed.
Everyone can learn to control and manage the nervous system. By controlling the emotions, you can control any situation!

Valentin Talanov is an inexhaustible source for systema. This seminar will take place from 23 to 29 May 2025 in Zlatibor, Serbia. It will be 5 days of immersive training. We’ll be able to train intensively for 6 hours a day (3 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the afternoon). Valentin Talanov will take us through the systema internship. This is certainly an opportunity to deepen your knowledge of systema and improve your own training.
Valentin Talanov will give the lessons in Russian and will be translated into English by Aslan Guseynov (translation into French will be provided according to the needs of the students).
We will be staying in a hotel that specialises in hosting sports teams in an ideal setting. The hotel has all the necessary facilities, including a dojo, gymnasium and refectory for meals (available with buffet breakfasts). We will have high-standard double rooms.

The total cost is €1,450.
It does not include: the plane ticket to Belgrade. It does not include extras.
It includes: pick-up from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the airport by private bus (you must be there for the departure time, which will be communicated to you), 6 nights’ accommodation in a double room with a separate bed and private bathroom, meals taken on site (breakfast, lunch and dinner) in buffet style, hire of the training rooms (dojo and gymnasium) and lessons given by Valentin Talanov (as well as these travel expenses).
Payment is in two parts. A first instalment of 720 € must be paid on registration before 15 March; this payment validates your registration.

The second part of the payment will be made in May.
